B12: stronger when the website is part of the client workflow
B12 combines AI site generation with commerce, forms and integrations, then adds client intake, contact management, contracts/eSignature, file uploads and other engagement tools on its higher plan. That can reduce the number of separate tools a small service company needs between the first website visit and the handoff into its field-service system.

Weblium: stronger when the website itself is the main requirement
Weblium currently offers a visual builder, 300+ templates, AI assistance, lead capture, SEO controls, integrations and custom code on Starter. Business adds a blog, ecommerce and multilingual support with a much higher page allowance. For a contractor that already has scheduling, payments and CRM elsewhere, that narrower website-builder scope can be enough.

Which fits a contractor better?
B12 fits the website-plus-client-workflow problem. A solo or small service business can use one product for the site, lead capture and more of the pre-job client experience. That can be useful before the customer record moves into dedicated field-service software.
Weblium fits the marketing-site problem. If the contractor already uses a CRM/FSM platform for booking, payments and customer operations, a cheaper website builder can avoid paying twice for overlapping client-management features.
Do not confuse either product with field-service management
Neither product should be selected as a replacement for Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, FieldPulse or another operating platform when the actual need is technician scheduling, dispatch, work orders, route optimization, inventory or job costing. Website software and field-service software solve different bottlenecks.
