What ShadowGPS currently includes
ShadowGPS currently advertises 5-second live location updates, up to one year of trip history, speed alerts, geofence alerts, curfew/movement alerts, multi-user access and multi-device management. The OBD-II ShadowAuto unit also exposes vehicle diagnostics, while the battery-powered ShadowTrack can be used for trailers, equipment and other assets that do not have an OBD port.
For field-service businesses, that covers the most common visibility questions: where a truck is, whether it entered or left a service area, how long it spent at a location, and where it traveled earlier in the day.
Current pricing structure
The current public pricing page lists subscriptions at $15/month on monthly billing, $13/month when billed quarterly and $12/month when billed annually for the standard small-fleet pricing shown on the site. ShadowGPS says there are no long-term contracts and that all core tracking features are included across plans.
Hardware is purchased separately. Pricing and promotions can change, so check the current offer before buying.

If you need to connect technician location directly to jobs and dispatch decisions, compare field-service software with native GPS features instead.
