How the selector works
The logic is deliberately conservative. It does not reward a more expensive plan for having more features. It starts with Core and only moves upward when you select a workflow that Jobber places on Connect, Grow or Plus.
- Core: basic booking/scheduling, quoting, invoicing/payments, website, reporting and integrations.
- Connect: automation, checklists, QuickBooks Online sync, time/expense tracking and repeat-work efficiency.
- Grow: stronger sales tools, job costing, two-way SMS and custom automations.
- Plus: Jobber’s broadest bundle including Pipeline, Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist, custom reporting and premium onboarding/support.

Why “minimum tier” is the right question
Software plans are designed to make higher tiers look attractive. For a small contractor, that can create unnecessary recurring cost. Start with the lowest tier that removes a real operating bottleneck, then upgrade when measured workflow volume makes the next feature set valuable.
For example, custom automations can be powerful, but a one-person business processing a small number of jobs may get more value from mastering Core or Connect than paying early for Grow.
