Verified trial durations
We only count a trial when the current source material states a duration. A missing value does not mean a vendor offers no trial; it means we did not encode a duration without a current primary-source basis.

|---|---|---|
| Kickserv | 30 days | flat |
| Salesforce Field Service | 30 days | per user |

What buyers should infer
A free plan is most useful for very small teams when it represents a real production workflow rather than a short demo. Trial length is more relevant when implementation is simple enough to evaluate within the trial window. Enterprise platforms may require a guided evaluation instead, so lack of a self-serve trial is not itself a quality signal.
